This May-July Run Clinic is suitable for all levels (e.g. absolute beginners, first 10Ks and up to half marathon training).  The primary focus is on learning a efficient running form and biomechanics, one that conceivably will enable you to run more efficiently and minimize any unnecessary impacts that might lead to running related injuries.
